Examination for payroll accountants

The examination fee which depends on the extent of the examination is EUR 149, EUR 198 or EUR 297.

The registration for the professional examination has to be carried out at least six weeks before the specified date.

Persons who want to take the professional examination for payroll accountants must register for the examination at least six weeks before the specified date at the Master Examinations Section (Meisterprüfungsstelle) of their choice.

• Section 12 of the Bilanzbuchhaltungsgesetz (BiBuG)
• Sections 350 to 352 of the Gewerbeordnung (GewO)
• Bilanzbuchhaltungsberufe-Prüfungsordnung (BB-PO)

Registration at the Master Examinations Section (Meisterprüfungsstelle) of your choice.

• Documentary proof of identity
• Proof of payment of examination fee
• Where applicable, certificates or supporting documents concerning exemptions from examination
• Document of payment of examination fee
