- Provision of information as defined by the law of the Lower Austrian Government PSC. This includes information on the requirements for the supply of and access to services on the territory of Lower Austria, in particular on the procedures and formalities to be followed, and information on the public authorities responsible for procedures relating to the supply of and access to services.
- Forwarding of applications and enquiries to the competent authority or to another competent Point of Single Contact.

No register queries are carried out in the course of the procedure.
For the purpose of processing your request, your personal data will be forwarded to the following recipients:
- the competent authority
- the competent Point of Single Contact
The data will not be transferred to third countries (i.e. countries that are not EU member states).
Please note:
Due to the Niederösterreichische Kanzleiordnung the deletion of data after 20 years is specified in the list of materials.
You have the right to obtain information about your personal data, to have the data corrected or deleted, and to restrict the ways in which the data may be processed. Furthermore, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
If you believe that your rights are being violated or are not being respected sufficiently, you have the option of lodging a complaint with the data protection authority.
The provision of personal data is required by law.
